View all on Google →The Impressive, diamond-shaped wooden and glass walls are a unique addition to the modern architecture. When inside, the windows give a considerable amount of natural light. To add to the atmosphere, the interior walls are decorated with colorful, lively wall paintings. The staff were friendly and fast with checkout.
I had a wonderful experience hosting my "Flower Lovers Potluck" event at the Francis A. Gregory Neighborhood Library! The architecture and natural lighting create such a warm, inspiring atmosphere, and the staff was incredibly supportive and professional throughout the resercation process. This library is truly a beautiful community space. I Highly recommend conference room 1 it's lovely and an audacious red🥰!
Super approachable and helpful staff in person. Unable to get through via phone. Beautiful facility. Always available nearby, free parking.
Horrible experience on 6/5/24. I was sitting on the completely empty second floor for a while just journaling and minding my own business when a librarian came up to ask me if I was meeting a child there. I was so confused and said no…she told me I cant be there. Mind blowing. The entire floor was empty not even any librarians were there. I said no I’m not going anywhere thanks and suddenly now the head librarian Yolanda Harvin shows up with the same insistence that I move. Why do I have to move? “BeCauSE iT’s a RuLe!!” I invited them to leave me alone but instead the head librarian Yolanda Harvin called the cops on me. Controlling and unwelcoming. I recommend the 2nd floor children’s area to all. It is quite peaceful unless the control freak bored loser librarians show up. :)
This is a beautiful library. And the staff are very pleasant.
