Run don’t not apply here! These apartments need to be renamed to “M&M” they’ve mice infestation and mold! They can careless about their residents! You can’t go in the rental office to speak to anybody in person you have go through “Eva” for everything whom is a virtual assistant. You can call the emergency line to say your unit is leaking they want to know how bad is the water smh. For them to address the issue hours later! They are also famous for loosing people rent because they refuse to take it in person everything goes through “Eva” please look at the photos of how they leave current residence suffering!

I’ve been a resident here for 5 years and I will say that the new staff is trying to clean up my things that were neglected, especially in some of the units on site. The customer service has been slightly better and I can tell a difference around the community with security and MPD patrols. This happened more frequently since the new staff has come on board. There are things that still can be better, but I will give credit where it’s due. If we as residents would respect our community to help maintain it, this would be an incredible place to stay. Not to mention FREE UTILITIES! I love my balcony and my spacious apartment. I work in property management and know how it is. These issues will work themselves out. I along with some other residents are excited about the turnaround that is slowly happening, thanks to the new staff.

I currently reside on this property and it's an absolute horror show....I dont even know where to start. Currently, the front office is the worst I've ever seen. I dont know where they find these people. Staff changes ever few months. The maintenance staff is HORRIBLE, when they're not hiding from work they are on the property just lounging around. Nothing on the property works, the AC in my unit has never worked (calling for maintenance is a waste of time). Mold is everywhere throughout the buildings. The mice are about as present as the tenants. The security doors on the buildings are everything but that. And to make matters worse the Corporate office (slum lords) has been notified several times by multiple tenants and nothing changes, except the rent. Parking passes change ever time you turn around.......the list goes on and on....In short, find somewhere else to live. These apartments could be awesome but because of who owns them....and who maintains them they will never be.

Update to my previous review. Turnover is still an issue. Response times are an issue. I can echo a previous reviewer- NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! I work and am a professional so I know what basic responsiveness and returning calls says about a business and it is not good. If you need a nice sized- metro accessible residence, good option. BUT! The inability to maintain stable staffing and all of the other myriad issues - I suggest you think triple times. Suggestion for the property- there are youth that need skills like how to answer phones and greet people in an office setting. In exchange for community service credits that they need, partner with a HS and let a student answer phones.

They literally don’t ever answer the phone it’s ridiculous! New management after new management it’s sad ! PEST BIG PEST AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT IT ! Rent is high as hell ! But they dont answer no maintenances calls !!!! It’s just a mess right here! I couldn’t even recommend nobody here because I’m getting the worse experience of my life.
