This is our neighborhood library closest to us and we come here often. The three stars represents the convenience, cleanliness, and the kind staff that help my daughter when she’s looking for books of interest. The library is quiet and has rooms you can study in or rent. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because there is no comfort for reading here. I’m a homeschool mother and I also love to read. So sometimes we spend a lot of time here and it’s very uncomfortable sitting in the hard chairs trying to cozy into a nice book. This library seems to be catered toward computer users and not readers. In addition to that, the children’s reading & activity space has been closed for nearly 3 years. It was originally closed due to Covid, but since Covid mandates have lifted, nothing has changed and this section is still closed. I included pictures.

The fact that the staff is mean-spirited is detrimental to this library !!! Just care a bit !!! To explain a photo; the changing table for children is where the dirty wet floor sign was placed !!!

Friendly librarians, lots of working computers, reliable printer, nice roster of events. The children's area should have a sensory/activity wall like the SW library.
