Magic Ground

We couldn’t say a bad word about this place. We had the best birthday for our 2 year old. If your kid is on the younger side, I recommend getting an early slot (we did 10am) and it was perfect. The organisation was a dream- booking was seamless and then 3 days before they phoned me confirm everything. They also offered us to leave balloons and any decorations there none day in advance. We arrived and everything was decorated perfectly. The supplied a beautiful cake that everyone loved- kids and adults. The food was hot and plentiful and they proactively offered extra food for adults (small bit extra) which was really great. Great play facilities too and definitely enough to keep everyone interested for 2 hours. Highly recommend and grateful to Frankie and the team for all their effort.

We simply had the best birthday party ever at Magic Ground! 🎉 Absolutely zero stress — the team is just amazing! I have to admit, I was a bit nervous at first because it was the first time I didn’t have to “get my hands dirty” organizing every little detail. It felt a bit strange at first to just show up to the party as if I were a guest — but honestly, it was incredible! I only brought three additional items from the Bluey theme (the birthday sign, Bluey tablecloth, and cupcake stand with vegan cupcakes for our dairy-free friends) — but everything was already beautifully set up! Honestly, I would totally do it all over again there! 💙 All our guests had a great time! For a Sunday, it wasn’t too crowded (and we were lucky it wasn’t too cold or rainy either). Mrs. Maria is the sweetest — she even cut the fruit right there, super fresh! She was so kind and helpful. The cake was both gorgeous and delicious! 🍰 We booked the package that included face painting, which was another huge hit — both kids and parents loved it! Everyone appreciated that the paint was gentle on the kids’ skin and easy to remove. Since we celebrated both of our daughters’ birthdays together, we had children of different ages — and the space worked perfectly with its various play stations for all age groups. We left extremely happy and satisfied with our choice, and I highly recommend Magic Ground for your next party! Plus, it’s super convenient — there’s parking in the building (just take the elevator straight up to the venue!), and for those coming by public transport, the metro and buses stop right at the door. We loved everything! 💕

We just hosted my 3 year-old's birthday party at Magic Ground last weekend, and it was perfect. Other than bringing goodie bags, we didn't lift a finger for the party. Magic Ground took care of decor, pizza, fruit, drinks and water, and of course, a beautiful cake for my son. The staff was so wonderful and accommodating, and as always, great with kids. We'd be lost without Magic Ground in the winter and will definitely consider it for kids' birthdays going forward!

Terrible place. If you have a toddler, don’t go there. Before I got inside I asked if they had area for toddlers and they said yes, for kids between 0-3yo. The only thing they didn’t tell me was nobody watch this area, so big kids were there all the time. Also there was a lady wearing shoes and other one barefoot, when there’s a big sign saying this was not allowed. The other negative point is the outlet was not protected at the toddler’s area. When I complained about all these, the only thing the guy and girl at the front desk told was: sorry, we can’t do anything 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yesterday, March 15, 2025, I attended Magic Ground for the first time with my kids for a birthday party. I arrived early, and even though the party host hadn't arrived yet, the staff kindly allowed us to enter and let the kids start playing. Getting in was completely hassle-free. Having been to many indoor play areas, I can confidently say that while Magic Ground is smaller than most, it is by far the best one I've experienced. The manager, Franklin, and his staff were beyond amazing—attentive, pleasant, and genuinely focused on making the experience enjoyable for everyone. Unlike many other venues that rush parties and offer minimal assistance, Magic Ground provided exceptional service. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. The kids had an absolute blast, and I would highly recommend it to anyone planning a children's party.
