The magnolia blooms are back! So beautiful. I recommend coming before 11 am to beat the crowds on a weekday and before 9 on the weekend. Take public transportation because parking is almost non-existent.

A friend and I accidentally found this lovely park when we noticed the trees. Now it's going to be high on the list of places not to be missed when the magnolias are in bloom.

Neat park located in the middle of the East bound and West bound roadways of E St., West of the White House grounds. Would be great for a picnic, but there not much here, and the proximity of the homeless camp make it less appealing as the encampment grows. Closed 9PM to 8AM.

Visit here when the Magnolia are in bloom and you’ll be blown away! Almost two dozen mature trees away your delight in March when they out on their show!

A nice small park especially in the cherry blossom season. The Chinese Magnolia trees blossom quite early on, early march in 2023.
