Kenilworth Recreation Center Playground

This use to be a nice place to bring my son to work out. They’ve changed staff so many times and now the lady at the front desk is just mean. Always saying the gym is closed. You need to come early and your pass is expired. I saw a man walk in right behind me and she just greeted him, no problem. I was coming here for 3 years with no problem until recently.

The Kenilworth recreation Center is an awesome recreation center. The full basketball court is nice. The weight room is adequate and they have a lot of rooms for throwing parties I highly recommend this place

Honestly, I am tempted to keep my good review to myself because I love this pool and want to keep this best kept secret, secret. However, I refuse to let my selfishness win. Instead, I will tell you the truth. This is one of the best pools in DC proper for families. It is good for the whole family. The only challenge is shade, so bring your own umbrella. But it is so good. My only request is that if you come, please take good care of this pool. Please treat the employees and other families with dignity and respect. That way, it can continue to be a blessing to this city, especially east of the river.

It's a nice pool. But the restrictions are ridiculous. It's almost as if it's discriminatory. No cover-ups are allowed. Most full figured women wear cover ups.

Received first covid vaccine shot there. Very efficient operation DC health facilitated. I was very comfortable before during and after vaccine was administered!
