About

Henry Wadsworth Longfellow (1807-1882) was a notable American poet. Although many scoffed at his work, which seemed aimed for the masses and most often read by schoolchildren, others, including Edgar Allan Poe, held him in high regard. His most famous works include Paul Revere's Ride, The Song of Hiawatha, and Evangeline.

Sculptor: William Couper

Cool statue. Don't know anything about this guy and hope he was in the right side. But here you also have some tables and chairs to sit and eat or rest.

Cute green spot to chill in the city. Henry Longfellow statue’s back and chair are a calming view.

Nice little urban oasis. Shaded by trees and nearby buildings.

A small pocket park to sit and rest for a while!
